My Corpus Callosum

If you look at the difference between the date on this entry and that of my last one (not the relaunch date), you will note the passage of a significant amount of time. I blame my corpus callosum.
I remember once reading that the physical width of your cc is directly related to how many things you can do at the same time. Sort of like bandwidth. I believe mine is about a quarter inch wide. The evidence? I can't do even two things at the same time. If I am chopping vegetables for dinner and my wife engages me in conversation, when I answer her, my hand stops in mid-air. She says to keep chopping. If I do, I can't talk. As soon as I do, my hand stops again.
This is why there have been no blog entries, I claim. I've been working on getting Darcy home. Until she was safely there, I could do nothing more.
